Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Associates:
- Engage with customers and prospective clients through genuine and personalised approach
- Take the time to understand each individual’s needs, building rapport and establishing genuine, trust-based relationships
- Run down available products and services with clarity and confidence, ensuring customers feel informed and comfortable in their decisions
- Deliver a customer experience that reflects care, professionalism, and attention to detail at every stage of the interaction
- Encourage repeat business through positive experience throughout the purchasing process
- Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing training and mentorship

Who You Are:
- Previous experience in customer-facing or people-oriented roles is an asset, but not required
- Available to work full-time, including weekends and some holidays
