Location: 1850 Albion Rd # 14, Etobicoke, ON M9W 6J9 (close to Hwy 50 and Albion Rd).
About the Role
SSF is seeking a Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for visiting assigned retail locations, maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring company products are properly managed and displayed in stores. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to support both existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned No Frills store locations on a regular schedule.
- Take and process product orders from store locations.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures are being followed to maintain product freshness and reduce waste.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service and support.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities to increase product sales.
- Identify and approach new customers to expand the company's customer base and generate new business.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and communicate feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally at all time
The position offers a competitive base salary. In addition, the employee will be eligible for commission and performance-based bonuses, which will be paid in accordance with the company's compensation policies and applicable incentive plans.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean record.
- 3+ years of Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service is preferred.
- Post-secondary certification from a recognized college.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Self-motivated and go getter attitude
- Understanding of CPG industry,
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
