The Role
As our Site Supervisor, you will be the site lead ensuring our projects are executed flawlessly from the ground up. You will own the day-to-day operations on site, keeping the project moving efficiently while maintaining our high standards for quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily on-site work through all construction phases from foundations to finishing.
- Execute project schedules and keep the build on track.
- Direct and coordinate our in-house crew and external subcontractors.
- Read and interpret blueprints with precision to execute the build accurately.
- Maintain a basic understanding of project scopes of work and subcontractor contracts.
- Lead by example, enforcing a clean, safe, and highly organized job site.
Requirements:
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in all aspects of ground-up residential construction.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage people, solve problems on the fly, and keep a crew motivated.
- Reliability: Hardworking, dependable, and a true team player.
- Logistics: A reliable personal vehicle is required for this role.
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Whistler, BC, or be prepared to relocate before starting work.
Bonus Assets (Not required, but highly valued):
- Direct experience in custom, single-family home construction.
- Possessing relevant trade tickets (e.g., Red Seal Carpenter).
