Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Source, order, receive, and maintain inventory for agricultural and turf equipment parts
- Support dealer and customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and dealer networks
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stocking strategies to improve availability and turnover
- Coordinate warranty parts and returns with manufacturers
- Maintain accurate pricing, inventory records, and purchase orders
- Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
