In 1949 they acquired the four-year-old Vancouver branch of an American-based company. From this modest beginning, the Company now has a Head Office in Burnaby, twenty-three Branches, and Four Distribution Centers spread across Western Canada. The Opportunity:
Scope of the position
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Marketing Coordinator to support the strategic execution of marketing programs, campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and reporting across the business. This role acts as a key connector between strategy and execution, working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Administrators, and cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate brings strong organizational skills, business curiosity, and a passion for using data to drive marketing performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Create reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing promotions
- Manage monthly reporting for Refrigeration and other assigned business channels
- Track and report on campaigns, including programs such as RSL Rewards
- Create market reports and white space analysis using tools such as Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), Construct Connect, and other business intelligence platforms
- Assist with dashboard maintenance and KPI reporting
Campaign & Program Coordination
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and branch communications
- Support execution of vendor co-op and partnership campaigns
- Coordinate execution of RSL Rewards program activities, including communications and reporting
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Email & Social Media Marketing
- Plan and coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content calendars, list segmentation, and deployment schedules
- Plan and coordinate social media calendars across channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization
- Ensure all email and social communications meet brand standards and CASL compliance requirements
Customer Insights & Voice of Customer
- Support customer feedback initiatives, including Customer Pulse surveys, NPS, and roundtables
- Compile and analyze customer insight data
- Provide recommendations to the Marketing Manager based on customer feedback trends
Sales Support & Enablement
- Coordinate development and distribution of sales enablement materials and toolkits
- Support creation and maintenance of branch-ready marketing resources
- Assist with deployment and tracking of sales support initiatives
Content & Digital Asset Management
- Organize and maintain digital assets, content libraries, and brand resources
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and channels
- Support content development and review processes
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage assigned projects and campaign timelines within Asana
- Coordinate intake, prioritization, and execution of marketing requests
- Monitor task completion across the team and escalate issues that may impact deadlines
- Support documentation, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives
Team Leadership & Coverage
- Provide guidance and direction to Marketing Administrators on assigned projects
- Act as a key point of contact for branch and vendor marketing requests
- Provide backup support for the Marketing Manager and other team members as required
Additional Responsibilities
- Take on additional marketing initiatives as required to support team objectives
Work Environment & Expectations
The Marketing team manages multiple concurrent projects with many moving parts. Success in this role requires:

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a marketing, coordination, or analytical role
- Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as D&B, Construct Connect, or similar data platforms is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
What we offer:
The target salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 CAD per annum. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.
