We are a customer-focused cannabis retailer committed to providing exceptional service, education, and a welcoming shopping experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our store as a Part-Time Budtender / Delivery Driver.
Position Overview
This role combines in-store customer service with cannabis delivery responsibilities. The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service, knowledgeable about cannabis products (or eager to learn), and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Budtender Duties
- Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Educate customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, and responsible use
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all AGCO and company policies
- Maintain product knowledge on dried flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, beverages, and accessories
- Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and merchandising displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
Delivery Driver Duties
- Safely deliver cannabis products to customers in accordance with all provincial regulations
- Verify customer identification upon delivery.
- Maintain delivery records and follow company procedures
- Ensure deliveries are completed professionally and on schedule
Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain CannSell Certification
- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or cannabis experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
