Professional Cleaning Technician
Part-Time (15–30 Hours/Week) | Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a part-time position averaging 15–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time career as our company continues to expand.
Our team provides professional cleaning services for:
- Residential homes
- Commercial offices
- Short-term vacation rentals
- Lake properties, cabins, campers, and RVs
- Move-in/Move-out cleans
- Multiple oilfield office and camp sites
You'll work alongside an experienced team while helping maintain the high standards our clients have come to expect.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Clean and prepare short-term rental properties between guest stays
- Clean lake homes, cabins, campers, RVs, and seasonal properties
- Clean commercial offices and oilfield facilities
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces
- Follow company cleaning systems, checklists, and quality standards
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain professionalism and respect while working in clients' homes and businesses
- Help maintain company equipment, supplies, and vehicles
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Detail-oriented with pride in producing high-quality work
- Friendly, professional, and positive
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, and remaining active throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including homes, offices, vacation rentals, lake properties, and oilfield facilities
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Willing to learn and uphold our company standards
- Able to provide a Criminal Record Check
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Reliable transportation
Don't have cleaning experience? No problem! We provide paid training for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Position Details
- Part-time position averaging 15–30 hours per week
- Primarily Monday–Friday daytime shifts
- Additional weekend shifts available
- Opportunity for full-time employment as the company grows
- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
- Supportive team environment with ongoing training
Compensation
- $19–$22/hour, depending on experience
- Wage review following a successful 90-day probationary period
