We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to support business systems, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Business Improvement, this role will help bring structure, coordination, and follow-through to high-priority projects that support RRS as it scales.
This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who enjoys creating structure, coordinating stakeholders, solving problems, and driving projects forward. You'll work closely with leaders across the business to support systems implementations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that help scale the organization.

Support cross-functional business systems and process improvement projects across ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, procurement, operations, and other enterprise applications.

Assist with project planning, including scopes, timelines, milestones, dependencies, implementation plans, action items, and status tracking.

Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, external vendors, and implementation partners.

Document business processes, requirements, decisions, risks, issues, meeting notes, and project updates clearly and consistently.

Support system implementations, testing, rollout activities, training coordination, adoption planning, data migration, and change management.

Monitor project progress and proactively escalate risks, blockers, dependencies, scope changes, and decisions that require leadership input.

Contribute to project governance, documentation standards, templates, and scalable delivery practices that improve consistency across the organization.
Required

2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business operations, business systems, business analysis, or a related role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred

Exposure to ERP, CRM, HRIS, procurement, finance, inventory, manufacturing, or operational systems.

Experience supporting software implementations, process improvement initiatives, or cross-functional projects.

Experience working in a scaling organization, technology environment, manufacturing company, or robotics-related industry.

Compensation: $80,000-95,000, determined by experience and capability
