Mission:
As a Nail Technician at Cures Esthetics Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding nail care services while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your work will contribute to creating lasting client relationships and ensuring an exceptional in-salon experience. Maintain a 70% pre book rate with your clientele and grow our nail service revenue by 35% by the end of 2026.
Outcome:
- Grow revenue from nail services to $3000 per month by the 6 month mark
- Sell 10% product to service ratio per day
- Follow up with all clients 24 hours post appointment, and document their follow up call in Medexa
- Must keep on file pictures of every client beforehand after treatment in their file
- Take Continuing Education classes provided by the company which may include online programs, in person events and/or on-site training
- Must sanitize and clean room to standard between every client and our deep cleaning protocol at the end of every day
- Restock your room at the end of every shift
- When there aren’t clients, help front desk team with inventory, clean common areas including bathrooms or organize treatment rooms

- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changes in salon trends or client demands.
- Team Collaboration: Works well with other salon staff, contributing to a supportive and harmonious work environment.
- Professionalism: Adherence to salon policies, maintaining a professional appearance, and exhibiting punctuality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, nail art, and enhancements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work area, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on nail care and design.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Promote retail products and services, contributing to overall salon growth.
- Manage client appointments and maintain a well-organized schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and client preferences.
- Follow salon protocols for product usage, sanitation, and waste disposal.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role (minimum of 1 year required)
- Must be comfortable using an electric file
- Nail Technician or Esthetician certification
- Proficiency with a wide range of nail care techniques and products
- A passion for the beauty industry and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, In studio 2 days per week including Sundays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to service 5-7 clients per day
- Prolong period of sitting down and bending over
- Be able to lift 15 pounds
- Use ipads and/or computers with ease
- Assess clients nails and prescribe proper treatments and home care
