Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients.
Responsibilities
-Maintain patient confidentiality
- Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
- Process medication orders under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Assist in labeling and packaging prescriptions
- Provide excellent customer service to patients by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Skills
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy Assistant preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
