At Erin Park Lexus Toyota, we have an exciting opportunity to join our service department as a full time Service Support Coordinator. This position supports our Service Department by acting as a liaison between service advisors, guests, technicians, and guest service representatives.

As a Service Support Coordinator you are responsible for:
Prepare Work Orders for invoicing
Review job line, technician pay line, cause and remedy explanations
Order ad hoc specialty parts
Provide backup for Guest Service Representative (GSR) and Courtesy Shuttle tasks
Coordinate used car, PDI and, Toyota touch departments
Demonstrate and follow Erin Park’s 5 Car Keys (i.e. Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency) through daily activities and interactions
Qualifications:
1 year experience working within a service department
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions after analyzing the situation
Ability to work under pressure to accomplish guest satisfaction and complete their repair order as fast as it can be done.

Successful candidates will receive between $18.00 and $18.50 per hour, depending upon previous experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive Group Benefit program.
