Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee our financial records and manage daily office operations. This role is vital in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, maintaining efficient administrative workflows, and supporting overall business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, experience with Quickbooks Online accounting software, and excellent organizational abilities to contribute to the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify financial accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial data
- Assist with budgeting processes and financial forecasting to support business planning
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and office management duties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office management roles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is required; familiarity with multiple platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles including accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and vendors
- Prior experience in budgeting and financial planning is desirable
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive financial information

Pay: $4,680.00-$5,820.00 per month
