Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services and support for children and their families in the the home and community settings. Areas of practice include sensory processing to support regulation, self-care, and fine motor skills. The contracts are predominantly through FSCD and private pay. Experience with pediatrics population is needed as you will be seeing clients by yourself. OT will be servicing families throughout the city of Calgary (possibly Okotoks and Airdrie if close to their home). Ideal candidate would have some availability for after school sessions (3pm onwards). Work schedule and caseload are flexible. OT will need their own therapy supplies, assessments can be provided.
OT will be licensed by ACOT and carry practice insurance.
