Strong Base Group is a trusted contractor specializing in commercial concrete and landscape construction projects across the GTA. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in commercial work to lead crews, coordinate with general contractors, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to specification.
Position Overview
The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on commercial job sites, ensuring all work is executed efficiently, meets project specifications, and aligns with GC schedules and site requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial concrete and landscape construction
- Proven experience working on commercial sites (GC coordination required)
- Concrete (forming, pouring, finishing, sidewalks, curbs)
- Interlock, walkways, and large-scale hardscape installations
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and site layouts
- Experience managing crews (5–10+ workers)
- Strong understanding of site safety and compliance (Ontario regulations)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities and crew performance
- Coordinate with General Contractors, site supers, and trades
- Ensure work is completed per drawings, specs, and project schedule
- Maintain productivity and enforce quality control standards
- Manage materials, deliveries, and equipment on-site
- Complete site reports, track progress, and communicate updates
- Enforce health & safety policies and procedures
- Assist with resolving site issues, RFIs, and change orders
