Position Summary
Provides essential support within PIMS site offices, encompassing event planning, financial management, and administrative duties. Responsibilities include organizing events, handling financial transactions and reports, and serving as the primary contact for visitors and the Site Director. The role also involves managing logistics for postdoctoral fellows, including appointments and renewals, for the PIMS portions of their stipends.

Qualifications
Ability to work with Quick Books Online, attention to detail with data entry, financial reporting, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), excellent written communication skills, event support and administrative experience.
