Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support retail store development, renovation, and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in construction, architecture, engineering, or project coordination who is looking to grow within a dynamic retail development environment.

Salary: Starting from $48,000 per year
Responsibilities
Coordinate with external designers and internal merchandising/operations teams to develop and update fixture layout plans
Review drawing packages, provide feedback to the Head of Store Development, and ensure complete drawing submissions
Maintain and manage store drawing databases and project documentation
Travel to store locations to supervise fixture installations and guide contractors
Coordinate and resolve maintenance requests from operating stores
Support store renovation and image upgrade projects from design through execution
Manage project-related payment submissions and internal financial processes for store development and maintenance projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in construction, store development, project coordination, or a related industry preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
AutoCAD proficiency is an asset
