Game Master – EXIT Escape Rooms
We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and creative Game Master to join our team!
As a Game Master, you'll create memorable experiences for our guests while helping with day-to-day operations and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and present game briefings with confidence and energy.
- Host and facilitate escape room experiences while providing excellent customer service.
- Create and appear in engaging social media content, including short videos and promotional reels.
- Assist with basic graphic design for social media posts, posters, and promotional materials.
- Perform basic handiwork and minor maintenance tasks around the facility when needed.
- Reset game rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for the next group.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
- Comfortable acting in front of the camera and creating social media content.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Basic handyman skills and willingness to learn simple repairs and maintenance.
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and passion for creating fun, immersive experiences.
