We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, posess mechanical knowledge, and demonstrate understanding of computer systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with some extra time who are not looking for full time hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
Pay: $17.20-$33.23 per hour
