Bud & Blossom is a new parent & infant atelier designed to create a warm, inspiring, and community-centered space for babies and caregivers to grow together. Rooted in the philosophy and culture behind Terra Early Learning Society and Nido de Montessori, the program blends infant development, parent connection, sensory experiences, and thoughtfully curated community workshops.
We are looking for a nurturing, organized, and community-oriented Early Years Community Lead to help bring this vision to life.
About the Role
The Early Years Community Lead will help lead and shape the daily experience for families attending the program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with families, creating welcoming environments, and facilitating engaging early years experiences.
This is a full-time position with a shorter workday schedule, approximately 30–35 hours per week, primarily during daytime weekday hours.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate parent & infant sessions in a calm, welcoming, and engaging manner
- Create and maintain developmentally appropriate invitations, sensory experiences, and environments for infants and toddlers
- Foster strong relationships and community connections among families
- Coordinate guest speakers, workshops, and community partnerships
- Support program planning, scheduling, and communication with families
- Work collaboratively with leadership to help shape and grow the program
- Maintain a safe, organized, and beautiful learning environment
Ideal Candidate
- Background in Early Childhood Education, infant/toddler development, family programming, or related field
- Warm, professional, and relationship-centered approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable facilitating group experiences and engaging with caregivers
- Passionate about early years, parent support, and community building
- Experience with Reggio Emilia, Montessori, inquiry-based, or relationship-based philosophies is an asset
