Digital Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Manager to oversee digital marketing initiatives, website management, and online customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital activities that support business objectives and improve online performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
- Create, edit, and manage digital content and visual assets in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
- Maintain and update website content using WordPress and basic web technologies.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital processes, website functionality, and marketing performance.
- Stay informed about developments in digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO, and web technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
- Proficiency with WordPress content management systems.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
- Knowledge of SQL and data reporting tools.
- Experience creating and managing digital content and graphic assets.
Pay: $75,000.00-$86,000.00 per year
