The Role
We are hiring a Regional Sales Director to lead and scale our Okanagan market.
This role is responsible for overseeing every sales function in the region - Team Leads, Closers, Setters, recruiting, performance, culture, accountability, and growth. You are the person responsible for building a high-output sales organization and making sure every team is operating at a championship level.
This is not a desk job. You will be in the field, in meetings, on ride-alongs, running trainings, reviewing numbers, solving problems fast, and pushing performance daily.
Your job is to build teams that dominate their market.
What You Will Own
- Leading all sales operations across the Okanagan region
- Managing Team Leads, Closers, Setters, and future market expansion
- Recruiting and developing top-performing sales talent
- Driving accountability through KPIs, reporting, and performance tracking
- Running daily meetings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching
- Improving close rates, setter performance, and overall team production
- Creating a competitive, high-performance culture
- Ensuring smooth communication between sales, operations, and install teams
- Maintaining strong customer experience standards across all teams
- Scaling the region while protecting company culture and standards

Requirements & Nice-to-Haves
Hard Requirement: Proven leadership experience in commission-based sales
Hard Requirement: Experience managing sales teams and performance metrics
Nice-to-Have: D2D, solar, roofing, or home services experience
Nice-to-Have: Experience scaling teams across multiple territories
Nice-to-Have: CRM and sales tracking experience
Nice-to-Have: Recruiting and training experience
Compensation
$200,000 – $400,000+ annually
Performance-based compensation structure
Uncapped earning potential tied to regional growth and production
