Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PEGA Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable PEGA solutions within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of PEGA architecture, case management, integrations, and enterprise application development, along with the ability to independently deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PEGA applications aligned with insurance business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, guardrails, and performance standards
- Develop and support PEGA integrations and workflows
- Lead development activities, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end project delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring scalability and performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of hands-on PEGA development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- PEGA Architecture
- Case Management
- Integrations
- PEGA CSSA Certification is required
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage development deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- PEGA LSA Certification preferred
- Insurance domain experience
- Experience with large-scale PEGA implementations
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and PEGA best practices
Pay: $83,200.00-$93,600.00 per year
