Located on the shores of Bay Fortune in eastern PEI, The Inn at Bay Fortune is a 21-room heritage property operating seasonally from May to October. Surrounded by breathtaking coastal beauty, you’ll play an integral role in delivering elevated guest experiences that blend food, storytelling, and genuine hospitality.
As a Server, you won’t just serve tables—you’ll guide guests through an unforgettable journey. From hosting our outdoor oyster hour to leading interactive tasting stations, you’ll help bring our farm-to-table philosophy to life. With over 400 varieties of ingredients grown and foraged on-site, every dish tells a story—one you’ll share as guests transition indoors for a spectacular five-course feast featuring live-fire cooking and world-class pastry.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team environment, working alongside Front of House leaders, sommeliers, Guest Services, and our Fire Brigade team. Together, you’ll create memorable, immersive experiences for up to 70 guests each evening—visitors who travel from around the globe to experience the vision of proprietors Chef Michael Smith and Chastity Smith.
