Overview:Spotless Cleaning is looking for motivated, outgoing, and reliable Sales Representatives to help grow our residential and commercial cleaning business across the GTA. This role involves door-to-door marketing, phone outreach, networking, and generating leads for our cleaning services. We are looking for individuals who are confident speaking with people, organized, and motivated by commissions and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods and business areas• Make outbound phone calls to potential residential and commercial clients• Explain Spotless Cleaning services and answer customer questions• Generate leads and book estimates or consultations• Follow provided sales scripts and marketing materials• Track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions daily• Distribute flyers and promotional materials• Build relationships with local businesses, property managers, Airbnb hosts, and homeowners• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets• Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements:• Strong communication and people skills• Comfortable speaking with strangers and handling objections• Reliable transportation is an asset• Self-motivated and organized• Sales experience is an asset but not required• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional• Comfortable working independently and outdoors

Schedule:• Approx. 4–6 hour shifts• Combination of phone outreach and door-to-door marketing• Flexible weekday/weekend availability preferred
