Marketing Manager – Social, Influencer & PR
Location: Toronto (On-site preferred)
ID Cosmetic Clinic is one of Canada's leading medical aesthetics clinics, specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments and education. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead and execute our overall marketing strategy.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across all channels.
- Lead and coordinate Social Media, Paid Ads, PR, Influencer Marketing, Website, SEO and Content Marketing.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, media partners, agencies, and brand partners.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch.
- Work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality marketing content.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI.
- Identify new growth opportunities using AI tools and marketing automation.
- Coordinate multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 3+ years of marketing experience (5+ years preferred).
- Experience working in medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, fashion, luxury, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and PR partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and digital marketing.
- Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to improve marketing efficiency.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- A well-established network within the North American influencer and media industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- English fluency is required. Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
