Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members regarding developmental progress and classroom activities
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities using computer systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and classroom management strategies
- Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities such as organization, time management, and professionalism
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage children in meaningful interactions and support their learning goals
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and organizational policies
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in early childhood education (Level 2 or Level 3) is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently within a busy classroom environment
- Demonstrated leadership qualities such as initiative, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs in a respectful manner
