Overall Results Expected
As a key member of the Modern team, the Laborer provides general building and maintenance support to our Maintenance Facility.
This is a second shift need working Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Major Areas of Accountability
- General shop maintenance, keeping area clean and free of debris.
- Clean maintenance Equipment.
- Assist mechanics with general maintenance of vehicles.
- Performs duties in compliance with OSHA, HAZCOM, and other pertinent safety and government regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and Experience
- Experience in facility maintenance/cleaning is preferred.
- Must be able to perform physical duties of the job, able to lift at least 25 lbs consistently, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Commitment to workplace safety, sustainability, and environmental compliance.
- Position requires working outside at times in all elements.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
