Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties:
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Train new employees on production processes and equipment operation
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Die Casting and manufacturing
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 per hour
