National Recovery Corp is looking for a Third Party Collection Agent to join their active Collections Team. This is a hybrid, entry level position and a huge opportunity for someone who is driven and goal orientated as National Recovery Corp rewards performance with a commission package above and beyond base salary. There is no cap or limit to what you can earn at National Recovery Corp.
As a part of our Collections Team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, duties such as:
Deal with Inbound calls from account holders and assisting them with resolving their delinquent account.
Perform a minimum amount of outbound calls, contacting account holders and following all company process and protocol to resolve their delinquent account.
Pre-trace and skip trace accounts to maximize your daily contacts.
Negotiate appropriate and approved settlements.
Maintain long term payment program members on their established plans.

Hours of Work:
Monday - 8am - 4:30pm
Tuesday - 8:00am - 8:00pm
Wednesday - 8am - 4:30pm
Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
