Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Transportation Driver for the 2026-2027 winter season.
This position is responsible for safely transporting guests from our downtown Canmore office to our tour locations. As a Transportation Driver, you are often the first and last impression of our company — professionalism, safety, and strong customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests between our office and tour location
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of company vehicles
- Communicate clearly with office staff and guides regarding timing and guest counts
- Provide friendly, welcoming guest interactions
- Assist other departments when required
- Adhere to all Alberta commercial driving regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Alberta Class 2 Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract (required prior to hire)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
- Must be a Canadian citizen or hold a valid work permit through at least the end of April 2027
- Experience driving passenger or commercial vehicles preferred
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions on mountain roads
- Experience with tire chains preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Professional, personable, and guest-focused
