Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of dental issues. This position requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and assessments for patients.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Maxident.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and best practices in patient care.
- Manage pediatric patients with patience and understanding.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred; experience with pediatrics is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and dental software applications such as CAD, Dentrix, or Epic is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly environment.
- Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
