As an Equipment Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for helping customers find the right equipment solutions while developing and growing your territory.
Selling new and used agricultural equipment, including compact and utility tractors
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities throughout the territory
Conducting customer visits, sales calls, and prospecting activities
Demonstrating equipment and explaining key features and benefits
Providing equipment orientation and customer training when required
Coordinating equipment deliveries and transportation logistics
Promoting parts, service, and aftermarket support offerings
Representing the dealership at trade shows, community events, and agricultural exhibitions
Staying informed on industry trends, market developments, and competing products
Achieving sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Previous sales experience in agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, construction equipment, powersports, automotive, or a related industry
A passion for agriculture and working directly with customers
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
The confidence to prospect, develop opportunities, and close business
A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
A valid driver's license
Agricultural equipment sales experience
Farming or agricultural industry knowledge
Experience conducting equipment demonstrations
Bilingual English/French communication skills
