The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Newmarket, Ontario. In this role, you’ll represent the Mulu brand, creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
You’ll build genuine relationships, understand each customer’s story, and help them discover jewelry pieces that reflect their style and sentiment. You’ll also contribute to maintaining our boutique’s elegant atmosphere, supporting inventory operations, and mentoring new team members to deliver Mulu’s signature level of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Build lasting client relationships through expertise, trust, and authenticity
- Assist with visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Support inventory management and daily operational excellence
- Mentor and guide new staff to uphold Mulu’s service and brand standards
- Collaborate with management to drive sales performance and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in retail or luxury sales
- Experience in staff training, mentorship, or team collaboration
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Genuine passion for fine jewelry, design, and craftsmanship
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in jewelry or luxury retail (an advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
