Bistro and catering - Year round Full Time or Part Time Starting at 3-4am

We are currently seeking new team members to work out of our West Kelowna location on Stevens Road in our bistro and catering department. This is a challenging role that requires good multi tasking skills, the ability to work in a team as well as solo and food handling experience.
We are seeking year round applicants for a Sandwich/Wrap Making and food prep role. In this role you will start early (typically 3-4am) and produce sandwiches, breakfast items and wraps for our retail locations and for our catering clients. You will also slice meats and cheeses and prepare other ingredients. Additional duties involve ingredient prep, soups and entrees from scratch and cooking ingredients.
We will provide all necessary training specific to this role. We start in our bistro department typically at 3 to 4am and full availability will be required, as we operate 7 days a week. Expect to work one day on the weekend. A drivers license and reliable transportation is a must as this role starts very early in the morning.
