We are looking for a Full-Time Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Sherwood Park Corporate Office. This role will involve selling various metal products to existing clients, ensuring accurate administration of customer order details, production documents, and maintaining confidential customer information.

What We Are Looking For:
· 1-2 years of steel sales experience
· Detail oriented
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
· Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Profit master database knowledge is an asset but not required
· Production and manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
What You Would Do:
You will work with the order desk team to:
- Make sales
- Provide quotes
- Process production paperwork to plant locations
- Provide insight and knowledge of our products
- Advise customers and order desk staff on product suitability, options, and install requirements
- Verify logistic routes and communicate timelines to customers
- Review and verify customer orders for pricing and product accuracy
- Additional duties as required
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
