We are looking for a Full-Time Order Desk Salesclerk to join our Sherwood Park Corporate Office. This role will involve selling various metal products to existing clients, ensuring accurate administration of customer order details, production documents, and maintaining confidential customer information.

Duties Include:
· Sales, customer service and administration in the steel manufacturing and production industry.
· Process orders and floor documents to production locations
· Review customer orders for accuracy in pricing, products, and order entry
· Advise customers and staff about product suitability, options, and install requirements
· Work with production teams to ensure effective communication
· Provide leadership and support on the order desk
· Train and develop team sales skills as necessary
· Monitor business trends and product availability to optimize quality and delivery times
· Additional duties as required
Desired Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of steel sales experience
· Detail oriented
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
· Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Profit master database knowledge considered an asset but not required
· Production and manufacturing experience an asset but not required.
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
