We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager/ Supervisor to be responsible for the successful operation and administration of all Housekeeping. The successful candidate will provide an exceptional guest experience while maximizing the hotel’s profitability at the same time through supervision, training, coaching, motivation, and policy implementation. Job description
- Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure the cleaning and supplying of guest rooms and the comfort of all guests
- Ensure Cleaning of guest rooms and common areas, following the hotel procedures.
- training , scheduling, inventory , linen counts, performance evaluations, room inspections managing housekeeping team up holding cleaning standards, cleaning rooms daily
- Report any damages or repairs and maintenance
- Manage any lost and found articles found in check-out rooms

Employment Credentials / Requirements
- 2 years of previous housekeeping management/ supervisor experience
- 4 years of previous houskeeping experience
- This is a physically demanding job that requires bending, stooping, squatting and stretching to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasks.
- Must be able to work unsupervised, alone and as a team.
- Must have valid work permit to legally work in Canada
