The Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan, Inc. is a mission-driven organization dedicated to the profession of massage therapy. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about our cause, eager to support our diverse community of members, and assist the Executive Director.
The Mission
We aren’t looking for just a receptionist; we are looking for the operational heartbeat of MTAS. As our Member Services Coordinator, you are the first touchpoint for 800+ Registered Massage Therapists and the engine behind an exceptional member experience.
Your position is tailored around driving member engagement, retention, and trust at scale. You will bridge the gap between our members, our systems, and the day-to-day execution that keeps the Association moving forward.
Key Aspects of Your Role
- Member Experience: You will own the front line. Every interaction you handle strengthens—or weakens—our reputation. Your job is to make every member feel supported, informed, and valued.
- Communications: You will provide consistent, high-quality communication across email, website, and social platforms; support partner and stakeholder relationships.
- Data & Systems Integrity: You will treat our database as a strategic asset. Clean, accurate, and actionable data will directly impact renewals, communications, and growth.
- Operational Leverage: You will streamline administration, coordinate events, and support leadership so MTAS operates faster, smarter, and with fewer bottlenecks.
- Financial Discipline: You will maintain accurate receivables and bookkeeping processes that ensure stability and accountability.

Ideal Background
- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or client services role within a professional environment.
Microsoft Office Suite (high proficiency)
QuickBooks Online
Database and website management systems
Communications/collaboration tools
Graphic design experience is an asset
- Education: Post-secondary training in office administration or a related discipline
Work Structure & Compensation
- Schedule: 24 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- Occasional evenings/weekends required for events
- Compensation: $22.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
