Overview
We are partnering with a leading Canadian HVAC and mechanical services provider to hire a driven Outside Sales Representative for the Northern New Brunswick territory.
This is a pure hunter sales role focused on generating new business and selling preventative maintenance agreements to commercial clients. You will be responsible for building a territory from the ground up and developing long-term service relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial HVAC customers
- Sell preventative maintenance agreements and recurring service solutions
- Conduct onsite meetings to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Build and execute a territory development and sales plan
- Maintain a strong pipeline through CRM management
- Leverage networking, referrals, and industry events to generate leads
- Collaborate with Operations and Service teams to ensure service delivery
- Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first approach
What You Bring
Required
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (outside sales preferred)
- Proven success selling preventative maintenance or recurring service contracts
- Strong track record in business development and cold outreach
- Experience selling intangible or service-based solutions
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
- Valid driver’s licence
Strong Assets
- Commercial HVAC, mechanical, or building systems experience
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems
- Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills
- Experience with structured sales methodologies
- Post-secondary education in Business or Technical fields
