We sell across multiple digital channels including Facebook Marketplace, HiBid, Kijiji, Karrot, eBay, and social commerce platforms. As we continue to scale, we are building a high-performance marketplace operations team focused on driving product visibility, engagement, and sales.
Role overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Listing Specialist to help drive sales across multiple online marketplaces and auction platforms.
- This role is ideal for someone who understands how online marketplaces work and knows how to create listings that convert into sales quickly. You will play a key role in helping grow marketplace revenue and improving inventory sell-through.
- You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings across:
- Facebook Marketplace
- HiBid
- Kijiji
- Karrot
- eBay
- Facebook buy/sell groups
- Other resale and marketplace platforms
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, pricing, and keywords
- Upload and organize product photos
- Research comparable pricing and market demand
- Optimize listings to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Cross-post products across multiple platforms efficiently
- Monitor listing performance and update pricing when needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and marketplace messages
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy
- Identify high-performing categories and products
- Track sales performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain fast listing turnaround times for incoming inventory
- Help drive traffic and sales growth across all marketplace channels
Qualifications
- Experience selling or listing products on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Kijiji, HiBid, Karrot, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and buyer behavior
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and accurate product descriptions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high listing volume
- Basic photo editing or Canva skills are an asset
- Experience with liquidation, resale, recommerce, auctions, or open-box inventory is a strong plus
- Self-starter mindset with strong accountability
