We are a high-performing Bell Mobility authorized dealer in Sherwood Park, driven by a love of technology and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every client — whether they're a business owner managing a fleet of devices or a retail customer looking for their next smartphone.
We're looking for someone who can sell, serve, and stay organized — because this role is equal parts relationship-building and behind-the-scenes administration.

What you'll be doing:
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets for both retail and business clients
- Build and develop a business client base through outbound activities including cold calls, follow-ups, and special events
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact through to contract processing, activations, upgrades, and account administration
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and go the extra mile to exceed expectations
- Handle customer escalations and act as a liaison to resolve concerns efficiently
- Stay current on Bell's latest products, services, and promotions
- Professionally represent the Bell brand as a committed ambassador
What you bring:
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (wireless or telecom experience is a strong asset)
- Strong administrative skills — you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data entry and account management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
- Professional appearance and image-conscious presentation
- Passion for technology and the ability to communicate it simply to any audience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week
