Friday: 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Technology & Clinical Environment
You'll practice in a modern, fully digital environment equipped with digital radiography, panoramic imaging, iTero scanning, intraoral cameras, and paperless workflows. Just as importantly, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team, including dedicated CDA assistance and a strong hygiene program, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
This is the kind of practice where you can enjoy the autonomy of managing your own patients while feeling genuinely supported by the team around you. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians who value collaboration, mentorship, and providing high-quality care in a positive and respectful environment.
With a strong family patient base and continued growth, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive dentistry while expanding your skills in areas such as pediatric care, clear aligner therapy, oral sedation, and comprehensive treatment planning. Whether you're looking to further develop your clinical interests or simply build a stable, long-term practice, you'll find the patient demand and support needed to succeed.
Ideal Candidate
Are you a confident, independent provider who enjoys the variety and pace of comprehensive general dentistry? Do you take pride in building lasting patient relationships and delivering exceptional care in a supportive, team-oriented environment?
You are comfortable performing a broad range of bread-and-butter dentistry, including restorative treatment, basic endodontics, and extractions, while working independently with the support of an experienced clinical team. Experience is preferred; however, dentists with strong clinical foundations, sound judgment, and a desire to continue growing their skills are encouraged to apply.
Most importantly, you value teamwork, professionalism, and creating positive experiences for your patients. You're looking for more than just a schedule to fill. You're looking for a practice where you can build relationships, contribute to a strong culture, and establish a long-term professional home.
