We're looking for one of our first key operational team members to help us build the future of Oncore.
About the Role
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You'll become part of a small, entrepreneurial team where you'll work directly with the founders to help onboard new clients, build operational systems, create marketing assets, and continuously improve how we work.
The role combines marketing operations, CRM management, AI, project coordination, and creative production.
The position is expected to begin at approximately 20–30 hours per week and, as the fit is proven, will evolve into a full-time (40 hours/week) position with increasing responsibility and compensation.
What You'll Do
Client Operations
- Onboard new clients
- Organize client documentation
- Build and maintain client knowledge bases
- Coordinate onboarding projects
GoHighLevel CRM
- Configure client accounts
- Build pipelines and workflows
- Import and clean databases
- Create automations
- Test campaigns
Marketing & Creative
- Design PowerPoint presentations
- Format professional PDF documents
- Create Knowledge Books
- Build investor guides
- Create branded marketing materials
AI & Content Creation
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to create:
- Email sequences
- Company summaries
- FAQs
- Press release summaries
- Marketing content
- Social media content
Process Improvement
Help us continuously improve our business by:
- Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Building templates
- Creating AI prompt libraries
- Improving workflows
- Identifying opportunities for automation
What We're Looking For
You have experience with some or most of the following:
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Canva
- Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Google Workspace
- Marketing automation
- Project coordination
You are:
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Curious
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable learning new software
- Interested in AI and automation
- Passionate about improving systems

Compensation
- Starting at approximately 20–30 hours per week, should evolve rapidly to Full Time.
