- Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600, with a 1 hour, unpaid lunch.
- Weekdays
- Unscheduled call-ins may be required in the event of emergencies
RATE OF PAY: $55,000 to $60,000 – salary based on experience and qualifications of hired individual in a not-for-profit environment.
TRAVEL: Must be willing to travel to various sites within Kingston and surrounding area as needed

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall management and administration of the Uniform Supply and Standards Program, ensuring all Commissionaires meet initial and ongoing uniform requirements in accordance with organizational policies. Manage and maintain inventory of uniforms, safety equipment, furniture and equipment (F&E), coordinate building and computer repairs, and oversee other logistical requirements for Canadian Corps Commissionaires (Kingston & Region).
Provide Identification Services throughout the Division by conducting electronic (RTID) and ink-and-roll fingerprinting, completing Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) record checks, scheduling client appointments, responding to telephone inquiries, collecting payments, and maintaining the Identification Services calendar.
This position is not conducive to working from home or away from the office for long periods of time.

- Experience with inventory management, logistics coordination, customer service, administration, or identification services would be considered an asset.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a reliability security clearance within 90 days of hire.
- Knowledge/experience in the security industry and a security guard license would be considered an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Logistics Manager):
- Manage and maintain the Division’s approved uniform supply system, including inventory control, ordering, distribution, and standards compliance.
- Work closely with uniform suppliers, District Managers, Site Supervisors, and commissionaires to ensure consistent, reliable service and adherence to approved uniform standards.
- Understand the Uniform Policy of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires (Kingston & Region) and make recommendations to the CEO when changes in the policy are deemed necessary relative to operational issues.
- Coordinate building repairs, maintenance needs, and computer service or repair requirements for Regional and District Office locations.
- Coordinate with the Director of Finance at year-end (March 31) to conduct the annual uniform inventory count.
RESPONSIBILITIES (ID Services Technician):
- Schedule appointments for all Identification Services by phone, email or in person.
- Perform Real Time Identification (RTID) and Ink and Roll fingerprinting scans for clients.
- Process Canadian Police Information Checks, and related client service requests in a professional, confidential and discreet manner.
- Collect client payments, reconcile client accounts as required, maintain petty cash, and keep an accurate calendar of Identification Services appointments.
REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for consideration for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Full G driver’s license
- Able to obtain and maintain Level I – Reliability Security Clearance
