Thomson Roof Treatment is seeking moss removal technicians for an immediate position.
Looking for a tech that is comfortable with heights and high pitches on the roof, working in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
Who is very agile, doing repetitive tasks 5 days a week in a stress free environment. Team working, person that goes above and beyond on a daily basis at the jobsite. Has a professional customer demeanor that is highly reliable and time efficient. This is a full time position and is not appropriate for people with a prior physical injury that may be aggravated by job conditions.
Responsibilities of the job:
- Setting up and taking down ladders
- Repetitive manual labor often in a stooped position
- Comfortable walking on high pitch sometimes extremely ptiched residential and commercial roofs
- Meticulous ground clean up of moss and debris on job site
- Operation of leaf blowers, use of our hand tools
Desired abilities:
- Heavy manual lifting
- Ability to work unsupervised and take direction
- Excellent eye for detailed clean-up at the job site
- Friendly professional demeanor to customers
- Communicate efficently with the office and customers
- Use of roof safety harnesses, follows WorkSafe standards
- Fall protection coarse is an asset

The perfect candidate(s) for this position would be someone who is a reliable and time efficient employee who enjoys physical labor, teamwork and going above and beyond on the job site to meet the high service standards set out by Thomson Roof Team.
Valid Driving License
Located in Victoria and area

Salary: $25.00-$26.00 per hour and/or based on experience
