Now Hiring: Veterinary Client Care Coordinator (AKA The Person Who Keeps Us All Together)
Some people answer phones. Some people create an experience.
We're looking for the second kind.
At Espanola Animal Hospital, our reception team is so much more than a front desk. They are the first smile clients see, the reassuring voice during stressful moments, the "air traffic controllers" of a busy referral hospital, and the calm presence that keeps everything running smoothly.
If you've ever been told you have flight attendant energy—grace under pressure, impeccable professionalism, effortless multitasking, and the ability to make everyone feel cared for—we'd love to meet you.
You might be our person if...
- You genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome.
- You can juggle six things without looking flustered.
- You notice the little details before anyone else does.
- You communicate with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
- You stay calm when the schedule gets hectic.
- You believe excellent customer service is an art form.
- You enjoy working as part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
What you'll be doing:
Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing a busy multi-line phone system.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating surgeries.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Supporting our veterinarian and technicians behind the scenes.
- Keeping the front end of the hospital running efficiently.
- Creating exceptional client experiences from the moment someone contacts us until they walk out the door.
