TLR supports the business of its sister company BURNCO, a nearly 114-year-old international construction materials business. We’re pleased to be expanding again as our operations, and project demands continue to evolve. We are seeking another highly organized and detail‑oriented Building Facilities Technician to join our small and active team and support our long-term operational goals.
Position Overview
Do you take pride in fixing things, keeping spaces running smoothly, and knowing your work makes a difference every single day? Tricycle Lane Ranches Ltd. (TLR) is looking for a reliable, hands-on Building Facilities Technician to join our team.
This is a full-time, permanent position with variety, stability, and the chance to work across some of Alberta’s most beautiful and unique properties in Calgary, Cochrane and the Banff corridor.
What You’ll Do
No two days are the same. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, tackling everything from:

Small repairs, light carpentry, and general upkeep

Landscaping and seasonal prep (keeping properties safe and welcoming year-round)

Preventative maintenance to keep little issues from becoming big ones

Supporting our Facilities Manager with special projects across offices, residences, and commercial spaces
Requirements
Work Conditions & Requirements
1. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
2. Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
3. Valid passport and ability to travel throughout Western Canada, Colorado, and Texas for periodic meetings and site visits.
IMPORTANT: The successful candidate will be required to provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract and successfully complete a background check, including reference and credential verification, criminal record screening, security clearance requirements, social media, and bonding eligibility.
