- Been a member of ; NAIOP, TBMOA , IFMA, ACMO, BOMA, CONNEXFM, HEAT.
- Love Public speaking
- Conversationalist
- Intuitive intelligence
- Emotional IQ
- Intellectual curiosity
- Construction experience ( trade skills)
- Read drawing
- Collaborative Problem solving abilities
- Good self esteem
- Drivers license.
- Participate with association, committees and functions ie. ( BOMA, IFMA, TBMOA, TCA, CORENET, CONNEXFM)
