Position Overview: As a Finish Grader, you will operate a self-propelled motor grader with precision and skill, meeting our company's production goals and working within specified tolerances. If you're passionate about construction and safety, we want to hear from you!
What You Bring:
- Experience Counts: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of grader operating experience with a strong focus on finishing roads and stabilization.
- Versatility: Ability to work efficiently in highly congested areas and perform heavy-intensive tasks as required.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with co-workers and take direction when needed.
- Physical Capability: Must be physically able to perform all necessary actions related to equipment operation.
- Safety Commitment: Willingness to meet and adhere to all safety policies, including pre-employment drug, alcohol, and medical testing.
- Union Membership: Maintain an active membership with the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE), Local 955.
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
