TWO DAY EVENT
Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Inflatable Attendants to join our team at a community event. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fun environment, engaging with guests of all ages while ensuring safety and enjoyment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working with children and groups. Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or food service is a plus but not required. This position provides valuable experience in customer service, public speaking, and event management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor inflatable attractions to ensure guest safety at all times
- Assist guests with entering and exiting inflatables, providing clear instructions and safety guidelines
- Engage with children and guests to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- Enforce safety rules and respond promptly to any concerns or incidents
- Handle guest inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and address any issues professionally
- Manage guest flow to prevent overcrowding and maintain a smooth operation
- Maintain cleanliness of the inflatable area and surrounding spaces
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
- Occasionally assist with cash handling for ticket sales or merchandise
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in guest services is preferred
- Strong communication skills and confidence in public speaking
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple guests simultaneously while maintaining safety standards
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work outdoors or in variable weather conditions if applicable
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed
