Job Title: Catering Staff
Company: GOURMET TO GO LTD.
GTG Catering is seeking contract workers. These positions are on-call, and hours are based on bookings and business needs. Qualified applicants will be reliable and provide exceptional customer service. Must be hardworking and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work as a team.
Key Responsibilities vary per shift and may include any or all of the following:
* Assists in the setup and preparation for service of catered events on and off-site of the Cochrane Ranchehouse
* Set and clears dining tables
* Set-up & stock the bar
* Bar service
* Wash dishware
* Follows and complies with food safety standards from Alberta Health
* Assist in the maintenance of a clean kitchen
* Take out garbage and recycling
*Ability to work until 2 am, with late-night closing shift bonuses.
Qualifications
* Pro Serve
* *Food Safety Alberta Certification is an asset
* Preference will be given to individuals who have previous experience in the food services industry
* Must demonstrate superior customer service skills
* Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy, hot items and stand/walk for the majority of your shift
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
